I started this blog to chronicle my attempt of trying to fix the physical aspect of my life, to get myself to exercise and be more fit and healthy. I like the idea of going to the gym, but being a mother and having work at the same time, I do not have much time to spare.

I started of thinking ways to get myself a little more mobile. Then, one day, I saw the stairs beside the elevator, and thought that maybe I can try the stairs to stretch out my muscles.

Little by little, I passively use the stairs instead of elevator. Until, slowly, using it and becoming more mobile became natural to me. It's such a cliche, but it's true -- it is the little things that matters most.

So please join me in my crusade to move lazy asses. No excuse. Let us use the building stairs, not only for 'fire exit' purposes.
