This was yesterday, when I was walking across the empty lot of IT Park. It made me think that it's nice to level up my stair exercise into walking or running.
But once I got into the building, there left by the door the spirit to becoming more mobile, running/walking. So yes, into my stairbucks exercise.
Please join my revolutionary exercise, Stairbucks Academy. It's totally painless, and at your own pace.
The Ayala Terraces Stairs
Last Wednesday we went to Ayala to have dinner at Siam Restaurant. This was to celebrate the birthdays of Norlan, Nanie, and RJ, who are also members of my Stairbucks Academy.
So following are shots of the stairs from the parking space to the terraces of Ayala.
The Caresharing family on a long table -- literally long table.
The life of programmers -- always prepared to battle. Yes, they have to pause to check how the application goes.
StairBucks Academy Open Shops
StairBucks Academy is now on soft opening. =) Please join Stair Troopers group over at Wakulu. We can collaborate and communicate via Wakulu. Also, we can track and monitor our goals over at Wakulu.

| I hope this face will get smaller after repetitive climbing of these stairs. |
Finally, it's 7th floor -- my destination. Wondering when can I ever reach 14th floor?

SM City of Cebu Stairs
We went to SM last Friday, and I thought why limit my stair-xercise to TGU Building. So now I'm making a pact of myself to get into the stairs of every building I happen to be in.
From 1st level to 3rd level -- quite a short trip but nevertheless it made me love stairs more.

This is My Lazy Work Life
I'm currently for a software company, and this is what I usually whole day, Monday to Wednesday.
I work as a tester for a coaching program, Wakulu. The Wakulu was created to give a holistic wellness recovery to people. The team behind Wakulu also develops the chronic disease management system for Netherlands, and they found out that there is bigger rate of treatment success if patients will be enrolled to coaching groups. That way, they will have a human support to guide them through the treatment.
This gives me the idea to start working on my physical fitness, in the hope that I will inspire other people to MOVE more.
